At Henry's Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
